Ashish Garg, Founder & CEO 
Ashish Garg is the Founder and CEO of Net2Source Inc., a global workforce solutions company. He started his entrepreneur journey when he was few days away from turning 17. He started his Staffing Journey for a US based staffing firm where he was hired to start, manage and build an offshore recruitment delivery center, initially Ashish’s role and assignment was to manage Finance and provide business support to operations but due to aptitude to do something big in life he got himself involved in all aspects of business and grew the team which started with 4 people in a shared office space to a team of 500+ in just 2 years. In 2007, he wanted to experiment with his new ideas and strategy, and that’s when he founded Net2Source – a business built on relationships and excellence.
His Philosophy is just not to be successful but to be significant by bringing a positive change in the lives of millions across the globe.
Ajeta Sinha (AJ)
SVP, Global Sales
Ajeta Sinha (AJ), is managing Global Sales for 32 countries for Net2source. Awarded 40 under 40 and Global 150 Power Woman by Staffing Industry Analysts, comes with overall 15 years of experience. She is an active member of Forbes HR Council Member. She holds various industry certifications including PMP, Six Sigma, CHS, CCWP, SOW, Diversity Hiring, LinkedIn Recruiter.

SVP, Global Accounts
Reena comes with 26+ years in the staffing and the MSP world and is managing Global operations for Net2Source with the help of local and offshore teams. She has been into Software, Sales, Account management, and in past worked with Accenture, IBM Global Services, US Tech Solutions, Florence Fennel Informatica private limited.

Mahesh comes with 14+ years of experience in the staffing and the MSP world and is managing Canada operations for Net2Source with the help of local and offshore teams. He has been into Sales and in past worked with Aequor Technologies, Altos Incorporated, Stefanini/CXI, Pyramid Consulting Inc and TalentBurst.
